Apollo is a 2011, 75% Gypsy Cob 25% Clydesdale Stallion.

 

He is registered as a Part Bred Gypsy with the AGHS and also registered as an F1 Drum Stallion through the IDHA. We are working on also registering Apollo with the QPHA.

 

Sire: Wimballan Harker's Geordie, Dam: Arcadian Tinkerbell.

 

As a TT homozygous for Tobiano, Apollo is guaranteed to always throw coloured foals. He is Black based Ee heterozygous with a recessive copy of the red gene and Aa carrying a copy of Agouti.

 

A proven breeder Apollo has 8 stunning foals on the ground including 2 x F2 drum fillies and a colt. He has produced black/white, chestnut/white, bay/white and a minimal bay with stunning white stockings.

 

Thanks to the Clydesdale influence, Apollo has grown into a big solid boned stallion and is ideal to cross with clydesdale's and shires for an F2 drum foal. Put to a TB and he will give good bone to produce strong sport horses.

 

All of Apollos babies have inherited his laid back temperament.

 

As a paddock stallion Apollo has learned to be respectful of his mares. He has also been hand served and is easy to handle.
